chloropyll is the genius of plants as they steal the sun's light and how i envy them each time i bask in the rays that would bring them life and bring to them their beauty in fruit my own blood runs thick with darkened hues of the earth from which i was created and jealous of the light
green is the envy that burns from eyes to the soul and yet my own eyes reflect the green of what they embody this love and this hate the only way formidable to devour the sun my hollow cells thank me but i will still feel as empty
