ex-glaciation
i've seen glaciers
and i guess they were moving
but that, i could not see
they were right there
just beyond the Puffins
like glass, this slow-viscous blue
and they were here
right next to me and you
just in the backyard
there's no more ice
no more snow and force
just till and morraine
and this empty void
to everyone else
it looks like a valley
but it looks like
an ex-glacier
to me
