i've been a busy gardener
watching the seeds i start
mature into plants, fruit
it seems unnatural to watch
a small seed, then seedling
grow into something so much
bigger than me or you
or anyone of us all

i know that it takes intention
and care and choices so many
that form a path and i am
grateful for the Knowing
